APEC's Summer 2015 schedule is set and registration is NOW OPEN. We have created a schedule that provides you multiple time options. HOWEVER, it is first come first fill, spots are limited!

 

Summer 2015 Training Systems: all ages, all sports / June 8th - July 31 (8 weeks)

 

  • Lead Off (K-2nd Grade), Speed School (3rd-5th Grade), Middle School (6th-8th Grade) and all High School/College Sports Specific

We have created a balanced schedule that allows for morning, OR afternoon times. Be aware that the most popular times will go fast. First come first fill.

We are offering 2-Day to 5-Day per week packages

 

  • The 2-Day and 3-Day Systems are our most popular. For the first time this year we are offering a Pro System upgrade which includes two additional training days per week. Training Director Bobby Stroupe, and Training Manager Kye Heck have spent an extensive amount of time researching advancements in our industry and have written entirely new programming for all training systems. Each day has a specific focus, thus the more days you come the more we can impact performance.

Total Athletic Performance (TAP)

Pro System 


All high school sports can now train like the pros, upgrade to the pro system for two additional days of programmed training and attend any of the skill/position specific camps this summer for free. (skill session schedule available June 8).

 

Flex (For Parents)


For the first time parents can now train while your athlete trains.  With programmed training and coaches to guide, not to mention the state-of-the-art equipment, you can be sure to reach your summer fitness goals at the same time your athlete is preparing for their season.
