SPRING 2018 TRAINING SYSTEMS​

  • Speed School (3rd-5th Grade) 1 hour per session

  • Middle School (6th-8th Grade)  1 hour per session

  • High School and College systems are Sport-Specific - 1.5 hours per session

  • Flex Unlimited Athletes may choose any combination of times and dates to keep up with the ever-changing environment of youth athletes.

  • Athletes in our "Elite" Programs will take part in two vital Goal-Specific Training (GST) sessions per week to aid the recovery, flexibility, and strength, that are all extremely important to peak performance.

  • SPRING 2018 TEAMMATE SPECIAL: 3-5 teammates = 15% off each athlete, 6+ teammates = 20% off each athlete!
