APEC Volleyball Training
Its no secret what you need for Volleyball. Vertical jumping power, great footwork, cat like reflexes, and strength! APEC Volleyball training will improve Vertical Jump, speed getting off the floor, hand eye coordination and on court power.
Volleyball specific and will be broken into Movement training(speed)-Plyometrics-Power-Strength/stability-Core-Flexibility. Expect to see measurable results on paper and the court.
Our shoulder stability Program has our girls hitting the ball with more power and control than the competition.
APEC Volleyball has options for 2x, 3x, 4x, and Saturday only workouts.
