APEC Track and Field Training
Coach Stroupe has been published, set records, recieved awards... in short, the dude knows speed. Learn the techniques that will get the most out of your body. Take part in a course that will break down every small detail of your running form and put you back together again.
Our sessions are Track specific and will be broken into Movement training(speed)-Plyometrics-Power-Strength/stability-Core-Flexibility. Expect to see measurable results on paper and the Track.
Track- start Dates: November 28th, January 2nd
Track Specific STRENGTH- (Multi-planar Power/ Balance/Core/ CeX & Injury Prevention):
Mon/Wed 6:00PM
Speed/Advanced Plyometrics: Tues/Thurs 6:00PM
Weekend Warrior(Friday/Saturday training options are available)
