APEC Tennis Training
Coach Stroupe and his team have a system for shoulder stability, hip speed and lower body power that has been second to none. Give your ball player added swing velocity, more pop from the racquet, and blazing speed on the court.
Our 1.5 hour sessions are Tennis specific and will be broken into Movement training(speed)-Plyometrics-Power-Strength/stability-Core-Flexibility. Expect to see measurable results on paper and the court.
Our rotational power training will have a dramatic effect on your game!
APEC Tennis meets 3 times per week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Current Session start times are 4:45PM, 6:15PM.
5:15PM will be added on October 31st.
