APEC Soccer Training
More than half a dozen D1 soccer players have made the leap from APEC to college ball. Coach Stroupe and his team have a system for knee stability, hip speed and lower body power that has been second to none. Give your ball player added speed, more boom on the kick, and lightning fast reactions to change thier game.
Our 1.5 hour sessions are Soccer specific and will be broken into Movement training(speed)-Plyometrics-Power-Strength/stability-Core-Flexibility. Expect to see measurable results on paper and the grass.
8 weeks before season we will integrate high level hand/eye/foot coordination with our speed training.
APEC Soccer meets 3 times per week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Current Session start times are 4:45PM, 6:15PM.
5:15PM will be added on October 31st.
