APEC Football Training
NFL Pro Bowlers, College Football All Americans, National Champions, and High School Football All Americans all have one thing in common... They train at APEC. Come to our Complete Football Offseason to find out why. After football season we repair our athletes with our unique corrective exercise training. We progress through the spring and by the time we hit summer your athletes are in the Preseason phase and ready to Rock.
Our 1.5 hour sessions are Football specific and will be broken into Movement training(speed)-Plyometrics-Power-Strength/stability-Core-Flexibility. Expect to see measurable results on paper and the Field.
APEC Football has options for 2x, 3x, 4x, and Weekend only workouts.

Tues/Thurs 5:00PM- 6:00PM, Tues/Thurs 5:30PM-6:30PM
MON/WED 6:00PM-7:00PM Tues/Thurs 6:00PM-7:00PM, Tues/Thurs 7:00PM-8:00PM
Sport Specific Strength/ Core/ CeX/ Injury Prevention/ Flexibility/ Multi-planar Power
Mon/Wed 5:00PM- 6:00PM, Mon/Wed 5:30PM-6:30PM
Tues/Thurs 5:30PM-6:30PM, Mon/Wed 6:30PM-7:30PM, Mon/Wed 7:00PM-8:00PM
Freak Fridays 3PM-6PM Open Lift.
Weekend Warrior Speed on Friday 5:00PM, Saturday 8AM, 9AM.
