APEC Basketball Training
Its no secret what you need for basketball. Vertical jumping power, cat like reflexes, and strength! APEC Basketball training will improve Vertical Jump, speed getting off the floor, hand eye coordination and on court power.
Our 1 hour sessions are Basketball specific and will be broken into Movement training(speed)-Plyometrics-Power-Strength/stability-Core-Flexibility. Expect to see measurable results on paper and the court.
APEC Basketball will meet 4 times per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Sessions will start on March 19th at 6:30pm
